- Kodo Millet (Arka)

- Kuthiraivali (Barnyard variety)
- Pulses (like green gram, chickpeas)
- Nuts (such as almonds or cashews, depending on the mix)
- Seeds (like sesame seeds)
Direction of Usage
- Take 2–3 tablespoons of millet powder.
- Mix it with a little water or milk to make a smooth paste.
- Boil 1 cup of water or milk separately.
- Add the paste to the boiling liquid and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes until it thickens.
- Sweeten with jaggery or sugar if desired, or add salt for a savory version.
- Serve warm.
